When we reply

We aim to answer within one business day. Between Black Friday and Christmas, allow up to two.

Returns and exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to return a pair. Email us with your order number and we send the return instructions. Frames should come back unworn and in their case. Full details in our Refund Policy.

Warranty

Every frame carries a 2-year warranty. If a hinge or the frame itself fails in normal use, email us with your order number and a photo.
